A systematic approach to planning and performing Sensory Tests
8th - 9th May 2007
This conference was directed at both experienced and novice scientists and practitioners who wished to optimise the use of sensory evaluation within their working environment.
The conference had been specifically designed for those who work with sensory tests and panels and gave delegates a thorough overview on essential factors required in the design and execution of sensory analyses.
The ESN team drew on their own broad experience to demonstrate how good sensory practice can be adopted as part of working procedures.
